★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日の夜に利用しました。津山名物の「そずり」、「干し肉」、「よめなかせ」、「ほるもんうどん」をいただくことができます。また、その他、居酒屋メニューもあります。駅前にあり、飲む方でも、食べるだけの方でも利用しやすいお店だと思います。

よめなかせはコリコリの触感がホルモンのミノのようでした。食卓塩を振りながら美味しくいただきました。
ホルモンうどんは予想どおりの味でした。800円は相場よりちょっと高めかな？
ビールを頼むとお通し200円とられます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 津山にて駅前宿泊時、毎回チャレンジしようとしていたお店。
しかし何故かやってなかったりいっぱいだったり。
これまで縁が無かったお店です。
この日はさっと入れてラッキーでした。
当然ホルモンうどん。
近くの陣笠さんでいただくホルモンうどんとはまた味も違い(当然ですが)
こちらはさっぱり系な感じがしました。
これはこれで美味しく甲乙つけがたいです。
他のメニューも沢山あり迷いますが
ホルモンうどんを食べていますので、他は少し。
ドリンクメニュー(特に焼酎の変化球)が豊富で。
ごんご割
いちご割
など色々焼酎系は楽しめるのではないかなと思いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ １３時頃にホルモンうどん目当てで訪問したが、はっきり言って中年男の接客が最悪。同行者も楽しみにしていたが、「こんなに気分が悪くなったことがない」というくらいだった。
まず、料理の説明を聞いてもちゃんと応えず。食事始めてからは、閉店時間が近づくと片付けるのはわかるのだが、大きな物音を出して閉めるから帰れといわんばかりのアピール。食事を終えかけていたが、閉店時間がきた途端「時間なんで・・・」と帰れアピール。まだ食べてますがと伝えても無視。完食もできずに帰った。 入店を許可した以上、最後まで気持ちよく食事をしてもらうのが普通だと思っていましたがここは違ったようだ。 連休であったことと立地が重ならなければ入ることもなかっただろうなと後悔しかない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の人の口コミにあったおばちゃんはいなかった。中年のおっさんが一人で対応していたが、その接客は最低で、こんな店は珍しい。いらっしゃいませはもちろんのこと、ありがとうも入店してから店を出るまで他の方も何人か入ってきたが一度も言わない。
メニューに関して質問しても、荷物の置き場にしても飲み物を注文しようとしても全てが感じが悪かった。
その上、ホルモンうどんを頼んだが、見た目では分からないだろうがやたらにしょっぱい。
正月早々、最悪な店に入ってしまった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 結構前の事で２０１７年にホルモンうどんの店の下調べをせず、たまたま駅から目に入ったので入りましたが接客が最低で、入ってから案内も何もないので空いてる席に座ろうとしたら「勝手に座らんといて、案内するから！」と言われました。
ま～ええか、と思い出来るのを待って食べましたが、先ほどの接客が帳消しになるとは思えない普通？の味で次行く事は無いでしょう。
