わからないことは教えてくださりと、家族・家庭の事情に合わせて話をしてくださいます。
たまたま、担当の方が良かったのかも知れませんが、全般的にとてもみなさん丁寧な対応でした。
その節はお世話になりありがとうございました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 兄弟が亡くなったとき、立っていられないような両親、妹と私を花廣の担当女性さんがしっかり＆暖かくサポートしてくださいました。また、おくりびとの男性の方にも非常に感謝しました。弟の身体についた痛々しいアザを涙を堪えながらメイクで隠してくれたのは一生忘れません。
また、棺に弟を移す際、生きていない弟が笑顔になったのがとても不思議で驚いていたら、
おくりびとの方が「たまに微笑む方がいらっしゃるんですよ」とおっしゃっていたのが今も心に残っています。たくさんの故人を見られてきた方ならではの深い言葉だなぁと感じ、憔悴しきった心を癒してくれました。
参列者に対しても的確に丁寧にしてくださったこともお礼申し上げます。
