"Children"? "amusement park"? Yeah. It's terrible.
Occasionally there is a water supply. There is only a big tree. Really terrible.

It is a compact park along the elevated railroad track of the Tokyu Oimachi Line. A large cherry tree stands in the center. The playset is only springs, there is no toilet. Locally it is called "Triangle Park".
