★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 実際の職務内容と、事前説明されていた内容が大きく異なります。自身の職歴、希望職務内容を伝えた上で、何よりもキャリアを積むために職務内容を重視したかったため、その点を伝え、条件に合うところを紹介してもらったつもりでしたが、いざ勤めてみたら全く違う仕事内容でした。いずれできると言われていた専門性のある職務も、今後できる目処はないと言われました。
専門性を磨くために派遣という雇用形態を選択する方も少なからずいるかと思いますが、
そういった方にはこの派遣会社はおすすめしません。他大手派遣会社さんと比べると、カウンセリングの意味が、まったくありません。
地元でパートタイムの仕事を探す感覚で利用されるには良いかと思います。
このようなことはあまり言いたくはありませんが、社員の方の知的レベルがあまり高くなく、説明がうまく伝わらないことが要因かと思います。
The actual duties differ greatly from what was explained in advance. After telling my job history and what I wanted to do, I wanted to focus on my job content to build my career more than anything else. It was a completely different job. It was said that there was no prospect of a future job that could be done in the future.
I think that there are not a few people who choose the employment form of dispatch to improve their expertise.
I do not recommend this agency for such people. There is no point in counseling compared to other major temporary agencies.
I think it is good to use it as if you are looking for a part-time job locally.
I don't want to say much about this, but I think the reason is that the intellectual level of the employees is not so high and the explanation is not well communicated.
