★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 少し長く書きました。晩秋になると鈴鹿の山に雪が降り積もったりするのが眺められる。春桜の季節には瀬戸川の両脇に咲く木々を上から眺められます。瀬戸市役所前駅も歩いて数分と近く便利です。
緑の瀬戸川河川敷を眼下に見下ろせる。東にぎりぎり猿投山が、東南に権現山、南西に河川敷、北西にも小金(おがね)神社の緑地があり、新緑も緑緑した夏の緑も、いつもそばにあり、大変気に入っています。各居室玄関の廊下からは北西の方向に鈴鹿山系の山々、伊吹山の山頂がちょこっと、名古屋空港へこれから着陸しようとする飛行機などが天気が良いと見えます。もっと評価されるべきマンションかなとも思っています。
