★ ★ ★ ★ ★ トレーニング室しか使ってないですが、フリーウエイトが2組ありレッグプレスマシンや各種マシンがあり公営ジムとしてはかなり充実している。
I only use the training room, but there are 2 sets of free weights and there are leg press machines and various machines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナワクチン注射（ﾓﾃﾞﾙﾅ）係員が誘導してくれてスムーズに流れ簡単に流れ割と早く終わりました。しかし、次の日注射の部位凄く痛いし、頭も痛く、散歩は中止した。
The corona vaccine injection (moderna) staff guided me to flow smoothly, and it was easy and quick. However, the next day, the injection site hurts so much and my head hurts, so I stopped taking a walk.

ジムの中が換気のため窓が開いてるから寒すぎて換気は仕方ないかもしれないけど何か工夫してほしい。
