靴下が立ったまま履けないほどひどかったのですが、矯正治療をしていただくことにより治りました。
当時は週2.3ほど通っており、通うほど良くなりました。痛みが無くなるまでは1ヶ月ほどで、完全に治すには半年ほどかかったと思います。
期間を1週間以上空けると症状は悪化することが多かったです。
症状とどれぐらい治したいかにもよると思いますが、通う努力や自宅でのストレッチ等の努力はある程度必要かと思います。
現在は体のメンテナンスとして週1のマッサージをしてもらってます。

The socks were so bad that I couldn't wear them while standing, but I was able to get rid of them by receiving orthodontic treatment.
At that time, I went about 2.3 a week, and the more I went, the better. It took about a month for the pain to go away, and it took about half a year to completely heal.
Symptoms often worsened after a week or more.
It depends on the symptoms and how much you want to cure, but I think it is necessary to make some efforts such as going to school and stretching at home.
Currently, I have a weekly massage for body maintenance.
