華	華空 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お正月のランチに予約。寒いこともあり " 鍋を食べる " を目標に探して、値段の安さにひかれ行きました。ふぐで2000円？どんなかな？てっさ・てっぴ・唐揚げ・焼き・鍋・雑炊… ボリュームに欠けるがお値段なりです。紙鍋( 大 )でしたよ。ただ、残念なのはIHコンロ… 紙鍋の受け皿が竹製のかご( 大 )でしたから、ガスコンロでは燃えるので、テーブルのIHコンロ( 電気コンロ) で紙鍋を炊き、頂きました。 IHは、ガスに比べ火力が弱い…竹製のかごがIHの熱を通して紙鍋が沸騰するさまは、おもしろい(笑) ふぐ料理よりも、紙鍋に興味を持ってしまいました(笑) 最後の〆は雑炊。スタッフさんが作ってくれます。さすがIH(笑) 雑炊が出来上がるまで、時間かかりすぎ(笑) Booked for New Year's lunch. Sometimes it's cold, so I'm looking for "eating a pot" I went to the cheap price. 2000 yen for blowfish? How is it? Tessa, Teppe, fried chicken, grilled, hot pot, porridge... It lacks volume, but it is priced. It was a paper pot (large). Unfortunately, IH stove... Since the saucepan of the paper pot was a bamboo basket (large), it burns on the gas stove, so I cooked the paper pot on the IH stove on the table (electric stove). IH has weaker firepower than gas... It's interesting how a bamboo basket boiled a paper pot through the heat of IH (laughs) I'm more interested in paper pots than blowfish dishes (laughs) The last 〆 is porridge. The staff will make it for you. As expected, IH (lol) Until the rice cooker is completed, It takes too long (laughs)
