住まいが遠方の為、お店に伺う前に電話で取り置きをお願いしました。
異動の挨拶に上司へのこだわりお菓子を探していて見つけたブランデーケーキ、その時は注文がギリギリ＆年末でタイミングが悪く手配出来ませんでしたが……やっと食べれました！
取り置きの際に自宅用か贈答用か確認してくださり、自宅用と伝えると簡易包装にしてくださいました。とってもありがたかったです。
包みを開けるとふわりとブランデーの香り、
想像以上にびっしゃりで(良い意味です！)
一切れ持ち上げてみると驚きのフワフワ！！
甘すぎずとても美味しいケーキでした。
コーヒーやお茶にもピッタリです。
日持ちは２週間ほどでしょうか。
これは自信を持ってオススメします。
お取り寄せも可能のようです。
また伺います(*^_^*)

Since I live far away, I asked for a reserve by phone before visiting the store.
I found a brandy cake that I was looking for sweets to say hello to my boss. At that time, I couldn't arrange the order because the timing was too late and I couldn't arrange it ... I finally ate it!
When I set it aside, I asked him if it was for home use or for gifts, and when I told him that it was for home use, he made it into a simple wrapping. I was very grateful.
When you open the package, it has a soft brandy scent.
It's more crowded than I imagined (it's a good meaning!)
Surprisingly fluffy when you lift a piece! !!
It was a very delicious cake without being too sweet.
Perfect for coffee and tea.
Will it last for about two weeks?
