★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful, beautiful, beauiful! Awesome to read a book or just relax with family or by oneself, just to be noted, you cannot bring balls, rackets, etc. This is a cultural park, space to relax and just enjoy the view or walk around, even jog around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and silent park with Japanese garden to observe spring or autumn trees. Close to museum where you can stop by and take a look. There are sometimes too many people but so far one of the best parks in Utsunomiya.
