でも、窓口のキツめな顔の人が態度悪くて嫌だった。

・鹿沼東支店は鹿沼支店と統合したのでATM使用のみになりました。窓口は鹿沼支店になりますので注意して下さいね。
入口で案内してくれている行員さんは丁寧でわかりやすく説明してくれ、伝票の記入ミスがないかまで確認してくれました。窓口の行員さんに案内してくれた行員さんに言われたように説明しました。周りにいたお客様が次々と終わって帰って行くのになかなか呼ばれず、やっと呼ばれたと思うと説明したことが理解されてなかったのか間違っていて?それから訂正したので30分くらい待たされました。入口で案内してくれた行員さんは不手際を謝罪してくれましたが…。

The staff member who guided me at the entrance explained me in a polite and easy-to-understand manner, and even checked if there were any mistakes in filling out the slip. I explained as told by the staff who guided me to the staff at the counter. It wasn't called when the customers around me finished one after another and went home, and I was wrong because I didn't understand what I explained that I thought I was finally called ? Then I corrected it, so I waited for about 30 minutes. The employee who guided me at the entrance apologized for the inconvenience ...
