あ	あゆさん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 栃木県庁前にあります　。建物の前はゆったり歩ける歩道があります。いろいろなイベント会場として県内の方々が利用しているようです。たまには試験会場にもなるそうです。ギャラリー塔は自販機もトイレもあり、テーブルと椅子があって休憩出来ます。平日などあまり人が使って居ない様子で、こんな立派な施設、もっと利用すれば良いのになあと思いました。 Located in front of Tochigi Prefectural Office. There is a sidewalk in front of the building where you can walk comfortably. It seems that people in the prefecture are using it as a venue for various events. Occasionally it will also be a test site. The gallery tower has a vending machine and a toilet, and there are tables and chairs so you can take a break. It seems that people aren't using it much on weekdays, so I thought it would be better to use such a fine facility.
