井	井上智子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、電話での対応の際、男性職員(声からして40〜50代)の方から、笑って馬鹿にされたような言い方をされました。思い込んでいた私にも非はありますが、事前に何も説明されず、この事だろうなと、内容についてお話したところ、｢ちょっと意味が分からないす｣と、知り合いでもないのに崩れた敬語のようなセリフを、笑いながら言ってきました。(その後も内容の説明はありませんでした。) また、私の都合の件での話にも関わらず、私本人ではなく、他人の意見で都合を決められた事にも納得がいきません。地元の公民館に、このような職員が居ることが残念でなりません。どうか、このような対応は私で最後にして頂き、改善に努めて欲しいです。 The other day, when I was on the phone, a male employee (in his 40s and 50s from the voice) said that he was laughing and making a fool of himself.
