★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車間も空いていて駐車しやすいが、出口までが、駐車しようとする自動車の行き来の合間を縫って歩くので、子連れには少し危険かも。慣れると大丈夫かな……。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 構内は入口から出口まで一方通行。市庁舎に近い側は下りの出口に向かう方なので、いったん上まで上がってから下りつつ探す感じになります。半階ずれた西半分は入口から遠い分空いていることが多いのですが、車と同じスロープを徒歩で通らなくてはならないのが少し怖いです。
The campus is one way from the entrance to the exit. As the side close to the city hall is the one going to the down exit, it will feel like looking up while going up once down. The western half, which is half a story off, is often vacant from the entrance, but I'm a little scared that I have to walk on the same slope as the car.

蔵の街の観光目的なら中心部にある第一駐車場(有料)の方が便は良いです。
1台あたりの駐車スペースが広いので幅広の車でも停められるかと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一台あたりの駐車スペースが以前の百貨店時代より広いのは良いのですが、遠目で見ると空いているように勘違いしてしまいます。更に一部分が一方通行になっているので無駄にグルグルしてしまう時が有ります。市役所の駐車場として安全面を重視した結果なのでしょうが、戸惑うことも多く使い勝手は良いとは感じません。
It is good that the parking space per unit is larger than the department store age before, but it will be misunderstood as being vacant when viewed from a distance. Furthermore, there is a time when it is needlessly because part is one way. We think that it is the result that we made much of safety as parking lot of city hall, but there are a lot of confusions and feels that usability is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 栃木市役所（1Fには東武が入っています）に隣接する立体駐車場。
立地からして有料でもおかしくないですが、現在は無料で開放されていました?
通路こそ狭いですが、停車スペースは左右方向がかなり広くとられているため、ラクに乗り降りできます。ベビーカーなどの積み下ろしもゆっくりできそうです。
蔵の街散策などで訪れる方も多いと思いますが、街の中心へもほど近いため、無料開放は非常に良心的に感じました。
