車を停める箇所からは上から滝を見ることになり、下にも降りられますが滝壺へ近づくには長靴は必須です。
The signboard says "Geromon Waterfall".
You can see the waterfall from the top from the point where you park the car, and you can get down, but boots are essential to get close to the waterfall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 滝斜め上の観瀑台からは上段、下段の滝が見渡せます。上段の滝壺は水流が渦を巻く面白い姿です。
長靴持参で下へ降りてみました。
当日は汗だくになるほどの猛暑でしたが、川辺へ降りると体感温度が一気に下がり涼しげに。
川には靄がかかり幻想的な景色。下段の滝しか見えなくなりますが、水量が多く小さいながら見応えありました。
ルートは県道346号線、戸赤林道入り口にある「じろいもんの滝」のお手製の看板を目安に斜め上へと登ります。(ストリートビューを参考に)
立て看板にある通り、大型トラックが通るようで轍がひどく荒れています。
車高の低めの車は避けた方がいいでしょう。腹を擦ります。
The upper and lower waterfalls can be overlooked from the observatory above the waterfall. The upper waterfall is an interesting figure with a swirling water current.

It was so hot that I felt sweaty on the day, but when I got down to the riverside, the sensible temperature dropped at a stretch and it was cool.
Fantastic scenery with a river over the river. Only the lower waterfall can be seen, but it was spectacular despite the large amount of water.
The route climbs diagonally upwards using the handmade signboard of “Jiroi no Taki” at the entrance of Tokabayashi Road, Prefectural Road 346. (Reference street view)
As the signboard stands, it looks like a large truck passes, and the hail is very rough.
You should avoid cars with lower vehicle heights. Rub the belly.
