・上から目線で対応してくる。
・契約書面についてそんな事も知らないのかと小馬鹿にする。
・通話中にいきなり切られる。
仮に物件に入居後、トラブルが起きてもまともな対応してくれるわけが無いので、この不動産に仲介してもらうのはやめておいた方が良さそうです。笑
It's been a long time since I've had such a terrible customer service, and it makes me laugh. Lol
・ We will respond from the top.
・ Make a fool of yourself if you don't know about the contract.
・ Suddenly cut off during a call.
Even if a problem occurs after moving into the property, there is no way that it will respond properly, so it seems better to stop having this real estate act as an intermediary. Lol

口コミで酷い対応だったとの書き込みを目にしましたが、そんなことは全くなかったです
その書き込みした方に問題あったんですかね？
私も以前、同じ業界で接客してましたが、上から目線でマナーも常識もないお客様いましたよ…
自分の態度は棚にあげて一方的なこと書き込みしたりする方が苦笑
