その中、ガードマンが自動ドアを手動で開けて、参加者チェックの投資セミナーに参加しました。
ほぼ悪徳ビジネスです。
そんな怪しいセミナーもたくさん行われるレンタルスペースです。
Business offices, rental conference rooms, seminar venues, and the entrance of the building seems to be closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
Among them, a guard man opened the automatic door manually and attended an investment seminar of participant check.
It's almost a bad business.

新大阪から少し歩きますが、新大阪駅は駅直結物件がほとんどないので、仕方ないですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とてもキレイで気持ちの良い会議室になります トイレもいつもキレイに清掃されております 流しもキレイで、ゴミ箱も３つに分別は必要ですが置いてありますのでとても使い勝手がいいです 部屋と部屋のおどり場にもリラックス出来るテーブルと椅子があります 壁紙もクリーム色ベースで下は木目調になっており、とても落ち着きのあるデザインとなっております
エレベーターも2機付いておりますので、いいですよねェ
また、1階に行きますとコーヒーショップがありますので、そこでリラックス出来ますし、会議室の合間にどうでしょうか また、ランチには味が確かな、なか卯がありますのでスピーディです お店の中では、、、と、言う人はお持ち帰りさせて頂き、会議室の外にあるテーブルで頂いちゃってください
新大阪方面にトコトコと歩いて行きますと、大きな広々としたコンビニがあります こちらのイートインでもいいし、買って持って行くのも良いのではないでしょうか

コメダ珈琲が隣にあるので、早く着いても、時間調整できますしね。
ただ、会議室、イベントホールなら、もう少しトイレの数とエレベーターの台数があると嬉しいかな。
