受付時にエレメント交換をするか尋ねられたためお願いしましたが、会計で「オイル交換だけだったので〇〇円です」と言われ驚きました。
頼んでもいない作業を勝手にして料金を請求するのはもちろんダメですが、頼んだ作業を無断で省略するのも、サービス業としてやってはいけないことではないでしょうか。
同じ「やらない」という結論になるとしても、きちんと説明を受けて自分で判断するのと、勝手にやられるのとでは気分が全く違います。
改善を望みます。

Of course, it is useless to charge a fee for the work that you have not asked, but it may not be possible to do as a service business if you omit the work you ordered without permission.
Even if it comes to the conclusion that the same "do not do", the feeling is completely different from being given an explanation and making a decision on its own, and being done without permission.
