★ ★ ★ ★ ★ タイヤをスタッドレスに交換依頼したときのこと。
最後にボルト締めの確認を目の前でやってくれるのはいいのだが、
作業員が車を移動して、停めるときにパーキングブレーキをかけなかったため、ボルト締めの確認を始めたら車が前後にかなり揺れてしまった。
私が、「車が揺れている、サイド（＝パーキング）ブレーキかけるのをの忘れてるだろ？」
というまで作業員は気が付かなかったようだ。
残りのタイヤはパーキングブレーキをかけたあと行ったが、気になったので、
「ブレーキかけずに作業すると車に悪影響出るんじゃないのか？」と聞いても
良くはないけど大丈夫、ぐらいの返事しかしなかった。
ボルト締めの確認を目の前で実演して安心感を演出しても、車を停めるときの基本もできていないようだと、とても信頼なぞできないと思う。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ブリジストンのタイヤ屋さんです。ナンバーワンブランドだけあって他メーカーより価格は高めだが信頼できます。四輪アライメントテスターもあり、ハンドルがブレる、片べりするなど足回りが気になる人にはおすすめです。タイヤの他用品やオイル交換、車検なとも扱いますが、自分としては整備や車検はディーラー、タイヤは専門店と使い分けています。この辺りのディーラーではアライメントをきっちり調整してくれるお店は無いと思いますのでやはりこういった専門店に任せるのが良いです。
It is a tire shop of Bridgestone. As there is only the number one brand, the price is higher than other manufacturers, but it is reliable. There is also a four-wheel alignment tester, which is recommended for people who are worried about the undercarriage such as the steering wheel shaking or slipping. I also handle other tire supplies, oil changes, and vehicle inspections, but I use the maintenance and vehicle inspections as dealers and the tires as specialty stores. I don't think there are any dealers around here that can adjust the alignment exactly, so it's best to leave it to these specialty stores.

季節がら、スタッドレスをブリザックＶＲＸ2にしました。
少し高いが、さすがブリジストン、スタッドレスにもかかわらず、安もんのサマータイヤよりドライ路面の操作性は高いし、ロードノイズはないし、高速走行も全く不安なしでとても快適、やはり車のタイヤはケチってはダメってのを再確認しました。
スタッドレスの弱点の雨も問題無し、スタッドレスなら絶対オススメです。
商品のレビューになりましたが、ここのお店は作業も早く接客も丁寧、待合室にはフリードリンクもあるし、快適ですよ。

It was a product review, but the shop here is comfortable with quick work and polite customer service, and free drinks in the waiting room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 帰省の際にタイヤがパンクしたために訪問。さすがタイヤ専門店だけありすぐ修理してくれた。繁華街からは少し外れにあるため修理の待ち時間外で過ごすのが困難ですが店内に無料wifiやドリンク、漫画が用意されてるので特に不自由しなかった。
お盆期間はディーラーも休みなので助かった。
Visited because the tire punctured when returning home. As expected, there was only a tire specialty store and they repaired it immediately. It's a little out of the downtown area, so it's difficult to spend time outside the waiting time for repairs, but there are free wifi, drinks, and manga in the store, so I didn't have any inconvenience.
The dealer was also closed during the Obon period, so it was helpful.

親切に相談に乗ってくれて、説明も大変わかりやすい。タイヤ館の方は、私の知る限り皆さん優しくて親切です。
商品や作業に関しても、完全に安心しておまかせできるショップです。
作業している間の待合室は、無料ドリンク、フリーWi-Fi、TV・雑誌・マンガあり、ブランケットまで用意されており、作業に何時間かかっても全然OK！むしろゆっくりやってくれてイイっす！ってくらいに居心地が良いです。
カーショップも色々あるけど、やっぱりこちらに来て良かったと思いました。
