何度か観戦の為に隣県から予約で利用させてもらいとても便利だと思っていましたが、ある時予約したはずの場所が無断駐車され、即タイムズさんに通報し、車番を報告。代わりの駐車場を案内してくれましたが、球場からは遠くなり不愉快な気分で球場に向かう羽目になり、時間も無かったので納得せざるを得なかったのですが、料金やその後の無断駐車の車をどう扱うか等の説明は一切ありませんでした。だいぶ後から料金は代替え駐車場の料金になっている事を自分で確認しましたが、その件に関する連絡や説明は一切ありませんでした。コールセンター側で、現場で起きてるトラブルに出来る対応に限界があるのは想像できますが、駐車場に予約表示を出す等他にできる事はあると思いました。

I can imagine that there is a limit to what the call center can do to deal with problems that occur on the spot, but I think there are other things that can be done, such as displaying a reservation display in the parking lot.
