★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 場所がわかりづらく電話で確認したら、笑いながら対応された。車に乗り込んだら、ペットボトルがあり「すみません！前のお客様のものです…」と、片付けていました。と言う事は、貸し出す前に、車内の清掃や確認などはしていないという事。食べかすのようなゴミも、車内にありました。
When I confirmed the location on the phone because it was difficult to understand, I laughed and responded. When I got into the car, I found a PET bottle and said, "I'm sorry! It belongs to the previous customer ...". That means that we haven't cleaned or checked the inside of the car before renting it out. There was also garbage like food waste in the car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフの方の対応がかなり悪い。現金支払いについての対応が他店は普通に借りる事が可能だったが、栄店のスタッフは臨機応変に動かない。残念
The correspondence of the staff is quite bad. Other stores could rent cash payments normally, but the staff at Sakae store did not move flexibly. disappointing
