「使い掛けは、残額がわからないからダメ」と言うので「残額わかれば良いですか？」と言ったら「そう」と言いました。
なので、残額明細を取得して持っていったら「だから、使い掛けは駄目」と言われました。
だからとは？言ってる事が違う気がします。二度手間でした。使い掛け自体最初からダメとシンプルに言ってくださったら。。。

仕事がら新幹線をよく使うので仕組みや使い方はじゅうぶん理解していますが見た目(学生と思われました)で最初在庫確認をした時冷やかしと思われました。
行きでそういう風にチケット購入したので帰りも使いたいんですと説明しても、もう少しよく考えた方いいですよ？どこで？まー在庫はありますけど...と何度説明してもご自身が納得いかないらしく上をむいたまま何か考えてて購入させてくれない。
お客が欲しいと言ってるのに中々購入させてくれない店舗は初めてでした。
都内より金額は少し安いです。
それでもあの感じではよっぽどじゃない限り利用したくないですね。

It was the first time for me to buy a store that I wanted customers but didn't let me buy.
The amount is a little cheaper than in Tokyo.
Still, I don't want to use it unless it's like that.
