サービスが最悪。
最初の注文受けに来るのに少々
お待ち下さいと従業員が離れてから
30分以上がたち、あまりに来ないので
従業員を呼び注文しました。
コースを頼んでの2時間制限も
あるため、念のため時間を聞くと
後1時間30分ぐらいですとの対応。
少々お待ち下さいとの事で待ってたら
こんな対応になるの？
クレームその場でいれました。
そんな事があったにも関わらず
最後のデザートは出てきませんでした。
飲食店でこんなにひどいのは
今までなかったです。
コースでお金を払っているのに
詐欺と言いたいぐらいです。
予約してくれた友達も対応が悪いのを
気にしてたり、最悪としか言えません。
2度と行きません。
後日本部にクレーム入れました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GOTO eatを利用し、初めて行きました。
チェーン店なんで、味も値段もそこそことは思ってましたが、残念なことに味が良くない。。特に焼きそばは油っぽくてキャベツも焦げてました。
接客には問題ないけど、もう行くことはないですねぇ。
I went there for the first time using GOTO eat.
It's a chain store, so I thought the taste and price were reasonable, but unfortunately the taste is not good. .. Especially yakisoba was oily and the cabbage was burnt.
There is no problem with customer service, but I will not go anymore.

人が足りなくて回ってないです、、、
飲み物と一緒に頼んだ料理の大半が30分後に出てきましたよ
予約以外を断ったり、隣のしゃぶしゃぶ食べ放題に
時間を気にせずお腹いっぱいになるまで食べて下さいとサービスしてたので
たまたま、その日が何らかの理由で人が足らなかったのかもしれません
ただ、個人的には無理なレベル
料理が遅すぎて
ワサビをツマミに初めて飲みました

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 開店は16時(予約サイトではそれ以前でも出来るが間違っている)。駐車場はない。車で行くなら近くのコインパーキングへ駐車。
二人で行き雪見だいふくとアップルパイ、コーラを注文し店内で食べ、華舞2人前と玉子2貫、蒸しエビ2貫をテイクアウト。
デザートは大変美味しかった。寿司は魚介類の美味しいこの辺りでは普通の美味しさ。
店員さん(店長？)が時々あごにマスクで口と鼻が出ているのがこの時期なので気になった(常時マスクをきちんと着用して欲しい)。
新型コロナウイルスの影響かメニューには品切れと書かれているものが多かった(日持ちや単価の問題？)。
店内とテイクアウトで別会計になったのがよくわからなかった。
The store opens at 16:00 (the reservation site can do it before that, but it is wrong). There is no parking lot. If you go by car, park at a nearby coin parking lot.
We went together, ordered Yukimi Daifuku, apple pie, and cola, ate them in the store, and took out 2 servings of Hanamai, 2 eggs, and 2 steamed shrimp.
The dessert was very good. Sushi is delicious with seafood, which is normal in this area.
I was worried because the clerk (manager?) Sometimes had his mouth and nose sticking out on his chin with a mask (I want you to wear the mask properly at all times).
Many of the menus said that they were out of stock due to the influence of the new coronavirus (problems with shelf life or unit price?).
I wasn't sure that the in-store and take-out accounts were separate.

Close to Higashi Kakogawa Station. There is also a large banquet hall and a tasty fresh fish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 女性店員さんはとても愛想良く気持ちいい接客でしたが、おそらく40くらいの男性店員はとても愛想が悪くとても気分が悪かった。
笑顔もなし、注文している途中でも立ち去るなど人の話も聞けないんですか？いい歳した大人が恥ずかしすぎます。そんなに嫌な顔するなら接客業辞めて欲しいですね。可哀想な人です。
The female clerk had a very friendly and pleasant reception, but perhaps a male clerk of about 40 was very unfriendly and very sick.
Can't you listen to people's stories, such as no smile, and leaving even while ordering? A good old adult is too embarrassed. I would like you to quit the hospitality business if you look so unpleasant. A poor person.
