★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家族で食べに行きました。前菜の盛り合わせや魚料理も美味しかったのですが、ローストビーフの火加減が絶妙で、付けるブレンドソルトとの相性が抜群でした。スパイス、ハーブとオレンジピールかな？ いかにも肉を食べてる、という喜び。パスタに入っていたベーコン（自家製とのこと）も本当に美味しく、幸せな時間でした。しっかり写真撮ればよかったのですが、ついつい食べてしまいました。
I went to eat with my family. The appetizer platter and fish dishes were also delicious, but the roast beef was exquisite and the compatibility with the blended salt to be applied was excellent. Spices, herbs and orange peel? The joy of eating meat. The bacon (made with home-made) that was in the pasta was really delicious and it was a happy time. I wish I had taken a good picture, but at least I ate.
