セール品がまったく見つからず。お得に帰るかと思って入りましたが、残念でした。店員さんの接客には不満はありません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 娘の仕事に必要なスーツを買いに行きました。初めに目に付いたスーツを試着したところしっくり来なく、若い女性店員さんに勧められたスーツを試したところ、バッチリ体型がカバーされて着心地も楽だと言うのでとても良かったです。パンツの丈を詰めるときも店員さんが今の感覚でアドバイスしてくれて急ぎの対応もしてくれました。

少し太ったので念のためサイズ確認の意味も含め
採寸してもらいました。
測り終わった女性店員が一言
「こちらにはお客様に合うものは置いてません。」
特別大きな体格ではないのですが、その対応にビックリし
何も言えずに店を後にしました。
こんな対応をしている店には二度と行きたくないし、会社の教育体制に疑問を感じます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ユニバーサルランゲージの受け取りに行ったが、一階の仕事もしないでずーっとスマホ見てる男性店員が酷かった。
コンビニの店員よりも接客できず、愛想も悪くて気分ダダ下がり。
4階に通されたはいいが、店員が一人しかおらず待たされる始末。
店員同士の連携最悪でもう使いません。
店舗販売でやるなら生地を選ぶ目よりもまずは、人を選ぶ目を養うべきだと感じた。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約してなかったけど、オーダースーツ対応してくれました。お店の方皆さんお会いした方全員いい感じの対応でした。4階のオーダー担当の方が可愛い感じの男性店員さんだけどキレッキレで本当に微に入り細に入りキメ細やかに対応して頂きました。分からない事もていねいに説明してくれました。(Oさん)ありがとうございました。楽しくお買い物できました。ゲージ服のストックも圧巻でした。スーパー120とかもありました！まるでシルクみたいでした。下の階の既製服も「本切羽,水牛ボタン、ウール100％」などかかなりお安く売ってました。青山がやってるブランドなのでなにかと安心です。おすすめのお店です。駐車場は、ジョイナスの屋上に置くと駐車券貰えます。
