My Experience with this company: I called and the woman pick up the phone she was first acting that she didn’t hear me and then she was all the time saying to me Gaijin - stopping talking to me and talk to other ones while still talking with me - I heard a couple of time this gaijin this is a gaijin. It is sadly while I spoke to her Japanese and didn’t expect that she speaks English. I felt disrespected and the phone call was everything else than professional. So far so good. Really sad is that my son can’t have that experience going with the boot out an fish - that was my reason I contacted this company. I know Japan for over 15 years and this is my second bad experience - unfortunately can’t recommend them.
