り	りーちゃん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 窓口の方はとても丁寧で親切でした。急ぎの振込がありましたが複数選択出来る振込先の手数料を確認して下さったり臨機応変に対応をして頂いたお陰で無事に他行とハシゴしながら(笑)片付きました。他の窓口の方も年配の方にはゆっくり丁寧な説明をしていて好印象でした。途中、両替に戸惑ったお爺さんが叫んでましたが奥から女性の方も来てコロナ3波なのに横に付きっきりでタッチパネルを一緒に行っていて丁寧です。男性の行員の方はチラっと見ただけでよく分かりません。窓口でも何でもやはり女性はきめ細やかな対応で機転が効いて動きも素早いです。途中、お得意さんかしら……スーパーのカートを押しながら入って来られて大きな声であーだこーだと。奥から男性行員と女性行員さんが黙って聞いておられました。色々なお客様がいますが、どの方にも腰の低い対応で丁寧です。長くなりました。(笑)私も1時間位居たのでヒマでヒマで人間観察しました。 The person at the counter was very polite and kind.
