オーナーさんに詳しく、丁寧に修理や張替の説明をしてくれました。修理期間もアバウトではなく、予定通りにできました。完成１週間ほど前に、「もうじき張替が終わる」とのメールもいただいて、簡単に引き取りの約束がとれました。修理している途中の素敵な写真も何枚かいただきました。
出来具合は想像以上に綺麗です。完璧です！

 At first there was a problem with the email, but I'm glad I decided to change the chair here!
He explained the repair and replacement in detail to the owner. The repair period was not about, but was on schedule. About a week before the completion, I received an e-mail saying that the replacement will be completed soon, and I could easily make a promise to pick it up. I also received some nice photos during the repair.
The result is more beautiful than I imagined. it is perfect!
