★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 【紀州熊野に参詣した、信心深い巫女の徳を偲ぶ墓】 昔、名取に毎年、紀州熊野に参詣する巫女がいました。年老いて参詣できなくなり、付近に小さな熊野三社を建てお参りしていました。紀州熊野権現のお告げにより、旅の山伏が1枚の葉に導かれて、この巫女を訪れることに。老女の信心深い行いからその徳が広がり、保安年間（1120年代）に今の熊野堂と吉田に熊野三社が勧請されたと伝えられています。 このような老女の徳を偲んで文化8年（1811）地元の人々によって名取老女の碑が建立されました。
[A tomb to remember the virtues of a godly shrine maiden who attended Kishu Kumano] In the past, there was a shrine maiden who visits Kishu Kumano every year in Natori. As he was old, he was unable to attend, and he built three small Kumano shrines nearby. According to a statement from Kishu Kumano Gongen, Yamabushi of the trip was led to a leaf and visited this shrine maiden. The virtue spreads from the devoted conduct of the old woman, and it is reported that the Kumano Sansha were solicited in the current Kumanodo and Yoshida during the security year (1120s). In honor of such an old woman's virtue, a local monument was erected by the local people in 1811.
