カウンターに座ると抹茶を立てるのを目の前で見られます^ ^
ドリンク以外にアイスなどのスイーツも有。クッキーはヴィーガン対応でした。

「Japan premium」（税込540）を注文。
注文後にスタッフさんが抹茶を立ててくれるのですが、その様子をカウンター越しに見ることができます。
カップに注がれた抹茶はフワッとしたきめ細かい気泡が覆っていて、こういったスタンドにしては意外にも本格的。結構なお手前でした(_ _)
