★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日ペアリングが欲しくカップルで来店しました。商品はどれもとても可愛らしく魅力的でした。店内に入るとAさんというスタッフが声をかけてきてサイズを測ってもらいました。そしてほしい指輪が決まったことを伝えると、クリーニングセットの使い方の説明をはじめオプションということを伝えず勝手に見積もりに２つも含まれていました。またネックレスの説明を一時間ほど長々としてきて、「大学生でお金がないので指輪だけの購入」と伝えると説明なのでとゴリ押ししてきました。また欲しい色の在庫もないのにいまなら5000円なので書いませんかと一度断った商品を会計前にまた進めてきて怖かったです。そしてディズニーのケースを断ったらぬいぐるみ代のみが引かれケース代（3000円相当）が含まれていたので会計の際キャンセルを申し出たところ普通のケースはただの紙、ATM行けば？などと伝えられペアの商品を片方だけでも購入させようとしてきたりととても不快でした。

And when I told them that I had decided on the ring I wanted, I didn't tell them that it was an option, including an explanation of how to use the cleaning set, and the estimate included two of them. In addition, I explained the necklace for about an hour, and said, "I'm a college student and I don't have money, so I just bought a ring." Also, I was scared to go ahead with the product that I once refused to write because it is 5000 yen now even though I do not have the color I want in stock. And if I declined the Disney case, only the stuffed animal fee was deducted and the case fee (equivalent to 3000 yen) was included, so when I offered to cancel at the time of accounting, the normal case is just paper, should I go to the ATM? It was very unpleasant to be told that I was trying to buy even one pair of products.
