住所変更のために免許証と通帳を預け、5-10分待った後に｢住所変更ならアプリでお手続きされてはいかがですか｣と言われた。既に手続きがある程度進んでいるかと思いこのまま窓口でと伝えた。口座開設時に必要な量の書類を記入し(氏名住所数回、世帯主国籍反社等)その後10分経っても呼ばれず、どれ位かかるか聞こうとしても窓口の担当者が別件の電話をかけ始めたため話しかけられず、並んでいる人はいないなか25分かかった。印鑑を最初に押したいと申し出たら面倒くさそうに最後でお願いしますと言われた。名古屋銀行では印鑑不要、名前住所を1度ずつ記入して5分で終わりました。

The Bank of Nagoya does not require a seal, and it took only 5 minutes to fill in the name and address once.
