★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前 買い取りして貰ったことがあり、その時は女性のスタッフさんの対応で丁寧で迅速だったので、次もと思い来店したのですが、今回はメガネかけた男性のスタッフさんが、駐車場近くでたん？つば？を何回も吐いてるのを見ました。このご時世 コロナなどが問題になってるのに何してる？感染者？？なら 店舗に出勤しないで欲しいと思い、その日は 店に入るのやめました。その辺、管理は徹底されてるのでしょうか？疑問に感じます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前、絹の着物を持っていきましたが、店員に「ポリエステルですね～200円です～」と言われました。ちょっと鼻で笑ったような感じでした。その着物を持ち帰って購入先に確認したところ、うちは絹しか置いてないよ、との事でした。なのにザゴールドの店員さんにポリエステルと言われ、本当に着物のことがわかっているのか疑問に思います。見る目がないのでしょうか。それに購入した着物は作家さんが作った一点物で着物のショーなどにも出ている着物です。なのに200円と言える店員さんに驚きました。
