40代くらいの女性が2人レジカウンター内でずっとおしゃべりしているなーと思いながら入店。
商品を持っていくと会話を中断するのが嫌だったのか無言で商品を受け取られる。
「ラッピングお願いします」と伝えたら突然「無料のラッピングでよろしいですか」と、
有料・無料ラッピングがどのような物か案内もなかったので訪ねたのですが「有料ラッピングはあちらです」遠くに置いてある箱を指差すだけで、結局無料ラッピングの内容の説明なし。
リボンの色も聞かれず、渡す用の袋もなく、不快感を感じながらプレゼント受け取り帰宅したらラッピングも雑にされてました。
不機嫌なのはどうでもいいですが案内もラッピングも出来ずギフトショップでは働かないで欲しい。
 I bought a thank-you item, but I regret it.
I entered the store thinking that two women in their 40s were chatting at the cashier counter all the time.
When I brought the product, I didn't want to interrupt the conversation, so I received the product silently.
When I said "Please wrap it", suddenly "Are you sure you want free wrapping?"
I didn't know what kind of paid / free wrapping was, so I visited there, but "Paid wrapping is over there." Just pointing at the box in the distance, there was no explanation of the contents of the free wrapping.
I wasn't asked about the color of the ribbon, I didn't have a bag to hand it over, and I felt uncomfortable when I received the gift and when I got home, the wrapping was messed up.
I don't care if I'm in a bad mood, but I can't guide or wrap it, so please don't work at the gift shop.
