ここが神社だと知らなければ誰も神社とは思わないでしょう。入り口は注連縄がかけてあるものの鳥居ではなく解放感のない冠木門で、神社名も見当たりません。社殿は柏原宿本陣主殿を移築したものとあって神社らしさはなく、境内は小さな庭園といった趣です。でもその神社らしくないところが却って斬新で面白いです。境内には複数の木祠や石祠、石碑などが配置されていました。由緒等詳しい説明は公式サイトへリンクされているのでそちらへどうぞ。かつて「加持・祈祷を主とした精神疾患の治療を行っていた」と書かれている点が興味深いです。

The shrine was relocated to the main building of Kashiwara-juku, and is not a shrine. The shrine is a small garden. But what is not like a shrine is rather novel and interesting. There were several wooden shrines, stone shrines and monuments on the grounds. Detailed explanations such as the history are linked to the official website, so please go there. It is interesting to note that once it was used to treat mental illnesses, mainly on ritual and prayer.

文久元年（1861年）、皇女和宮が徳川家へ嫁ぐため10月に柏原本陣に止宿しました。また、明治になって天皇もこの本陣で休息された由緒ある建物です。明治になり、柏原小学校前身の開文学校はここの柏原本陣に創設された。その後、この建物は、明治22年に柏原宿本陣跡の上段の間を含む建物の一部をここ宮代に移築した建物が鉄塔山神社です。

In addition, it is a historical building where the emperor also rested in this headquarters in the Meiji era. In the Meiji era, the predecessor of Kashiwara Elementary School, Kaibun School, was founded here in Kashiwara Honjin. After that, this building is the Tettoyama Shrine, which was relocated to Miyashiro in 1902, including the upper part of the Kashiwabara-juku Honjin site.
