★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車券を防災センターに持って行きテスラですと言ったら、駐車場代が無料になりました。祝日だったからかお店が閉まっていて、自動販売機でジュース買うしかない(^_^;)間が持たないです。
 When I took my parking ticket to the disaster prevention center and said it was Tesla, the parking fee was free. Because it was a holiday, the shop was closed and I had no choice but to buy juice from the vending machine (^ _ ^;).

深夜は駐車場シャッターが閉まっているため、ゲート前の呼び出しから「テスラの充電です」と告げて入れてもらう必要あり。
1階の防災センターに行くと駐車場1時間無料券がもらえます。
一階にはコンビニ、隣の区画には大江戸温泉物語がありますが、その他商業施設はちょっと離れたところにあります。
地下駐車場で携帯の電波が弱く、S/Xでスマホを鍵にしている場合はロックアウトされる可能性あるので注意してください。

When you go to the Disaster Prevention Center on the first floor, you can get a free one-hour parking ticket.
There is a convenience store on the first floor and the Oedo Onsen Monogatari in the next section, but other commercial facilities are a bit far away.
Please note that mobile phones are weak in underground parking lots and if you lock your smartphone with S / X, you may be locked out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地下の駐車場で4台充電可能です。
お台場の中心までは歩いて10分程度。近くに公園もあるためしばらく公園で散歩して、1階にあるビルの管理でテスラのカードキーを見せると1時間無料のチケットを貰えます。1時間少し過ぎるとお金が掛かります。
お台場に遊びに行きがてらに使えると思います。一階にはローソンがあります。
Four cars can be charged in the underground parking lot.
It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the center of Odaiba. There is a park nearby, so if you take a walk in the park for a while and show your Tesla card key in the management of the building on the first floor, you will get a free ticket for 1 hour. It costs money after a little over an hour.
I think you can use it when you go to Odaiba. Lawson is on the first floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually less crowded than Roppongi Hills charger. Tesla needs more chargers in Tokyo and should add V3 superchargers. Only thing nearby really is a combini upstairs.
Take your parking ticket up to the 防災センター next to the combini to get free 1hour parking.
There is an onsen next door, but not enough time to enjoy it before you need move your car out of the charging spot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My least favorite of the local charging locations. It is an underground parking garage and you need to get your parking validated or you pay 500-1000 yen for parking. Charging works just fine, but the location is dull and underground. Need to head up and walk around to find something to kill time while your car charges. Perfectly fine for charging, but its just a bit of a dungeon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Look for the Tesla sign around the parking entrance. Go down the ramp and keep your eyes peeled for the chargers. Plug in. Then take your ticket to the elevator (or stairs) and go up to the information window. Show your fob and parking ticket; they will validate your parking. First time will seem awkward; you’ll be a pro after.
