て	てぃーこ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前に行った美容院が最悪だったので以前来たことがあり、美容師さんの対応もカラーもよかったのでこちらの美容院でもう一度ダブルカラーをしていただきました。カウンセリングは特になかったです。したい色を伝えた、という感じでした。カラー前、カットされたお客さんが使ったあとなのか、髪の毛が大量についたクッションを渡されました。勿論受け取ってはいませんが。髪の毛がたくさんついてたこと気付いていたんではないでしょうか？カラーが終わった後、すごくムラができていてとても驚きました。今まで数え切れない程カラーしてきましたがさすがにブリーチとはいえ、許せる範囲の色合いではなかったですが、我慢できず10日ほどで違う美容院に行ったところ、これは自分で染めたの？と言われる程、酷いものでした。こちらの美容院の方には染めた後、元々髪の毛に暗い部分がありそこが染まりにくくムラができたんじゃないかと説明されましたがブリーチをする前にそういう説明をして頂けていたら絶対にブリーチはしなかったです。もちろん違う美容院の方では、しっかり丁寧なカウンセリングをして頂きましたし、とても綺麗に染めていただきました。お金を払っているのもありますし 1度染めたら伸びるまで待つか髪を切るかくらいしないと取り返しがつかないのでとてもショックでした。正直やり直しや返金してほしいくらいですがまた店に行くのも手間がかかりますしこんなお店に出向く時間をかけたくないです。以前よかっただけに期待していたので残念です The beauty salon I went to before was the worst I've been there before, and the hairdresser's response and color were good, so I asked him to double-color again at this hairdresser.
