クチコミみて心配しながらいきましたがスタッフの印象も良く先生も穏やかで丁寧な方で全体的に感じの良い対応でした。

先生は症状について丁寧に説明してくれて良い印象なんですが、受付や看護師さんの態度がイマイチどころか悪い。 診察室の先生の奥のベッドの辺りで2人座って雑談しているし、 吸引終わって鼻をかんだり身支度してるのに“ちょっと邪魔なんですけど”的に器具を片付け始めたり、 受付のレジの前にいる方は待合いからも見えてるってわかるはずなのに居眠りしてた。しかも私が会計で斜め前に立っているのにチラッと目を開けてそしてまた寝た。 そしてご年配の方への小バカにした対応。これはヒドイ。 先生は問題ないのに勿体ない。

受付の方の態度がどれだけ悪いのか逆に気になってここを選んで行ってみましたが、いたって普通です。ある意味残念でしたw 先生は丁寧に説明してくれます。 隣の薬局の方が美人です。

先生はそれなりの技術と経験をもってますが、黒埼地区で数少ない耳鼻科なので大変混んでます。 待ち時間はかなり長く予約もできないのでひたすら待つしかありません。

先生はまあ、フツーの診察という感じの対応ですが、女性陣・看護師達の対応・勤務態度が非常に悪かったです。待合室で待っている間に受付での対応を見ていると、あからさまに嫌そうな表情・態度で、患者を邪険に扱う様が、見ていてとても不快です。4年ぶりに訪れた方が、診察券を無くしたと、保険証を提示したら、嫌そうな表情全開で、「あなたは以前に何回も受診しています。診察券は再発行しません。もっとよく探しなさい。」との対応で、診察室内でも、女性スタッフ達のやる気のなさが伝わってくる動きっぷりで、先生の見えないところで雑談や、あくびは勿論、明らかに遊んでいることさえ見受けられました。私も3時間ほど待たされましたが、受付での態度に非常に不愉快になりました。この地域に他に耳鼻科がないので、皆が仕方なくここに診察を受けに来るのでしょうが、自分はもう行きません。遠くても他の耳鼻科に行くことにします。
