ワタナベの役員さんに聞きました。
お店が閉まった後でも、店舗横にあるロッカーからの受け取りも出来てかなり便利です?

次回までに直しておきます。と何回聞いたことか。
お気に入りのセーターをクリーニングに出したところ、間違えてシミ抜き剤が飛んでしまったらしく模様の一部が脱色してしまいました。
染色をして元に戻せるかやってみます!と言われ3週間戻ってきませんでした。
結局、元の色に近い色まで復元してもらえましたが、シーズンが終わってしまいました。
しっかりクリーニング代も催促されたのでお支払いしました。
お店側の対応が腑に落ちません。
クリーニング代をタダにしろとは思いませんが、何か配慮が足らないというか真心が無いというか。

I was urged to pay the cleaning fee, so I paid for it.
