★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外壁が吹き付け塗装でおしゃれなのと、自由設計で建売感がない家を建てたかったので雲雀丘ビルダーさんで建てることに決めました。営業担当の方、社長さん、事務員の方、他にも関わってくださった担当者さんが皆さんすごく親切で良かったです。子連れで打ち合わせも問題なくできました。こちらの要望にも親身に対応して頂き、大変満足のいくマイホームが完成しました(^^)
I decided to build it with Kujakuoka Builder because I wanted to build a house with a free design and no sense of sale because the outer wall is fashionable with spray painting. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 営業担当者、建築士、現場の方々など関わってくださった皆さん人柄が良く、終始安心して相談できました。自由度が高く、理想を強く持っていましたが、ほとんど希望どおりに図面にしていだき、良くない点は率直に意見と提案をくださるなど、自由設計の中では、かなり理想を叶えてくださる会社だと思います。無垢フローリングや塗り壁など、内装・外装とも良く、ハウスメーカーと比べ、かなり安く建てていただきました。アフターケアも迅速に対応いただき、大変満足しています。
