★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本日、相方のブーツ購入でお世話になりました。以前から気になっていたショップへの初訪問でした。店長に対応して頂きましたが、相方のスキーシーン、レベルなどを踏まえ、相方の要望などを聞いていただき、最適なブーツをチョイス頂きました。これには大満足です！！これまで量販店で購入していましたが、やはり専門店ならではの対応を改めて実感しました。余談ですが、今回、小学生の子供も一緒に訪問させて頂きましたが、相方のブーツ選び、調整の中、店長はじめスタッフの方々も子供へお気遣い頂き感謝です。今度は子供のスキーブーツなどで相談させてもらおうと思っています！

学生の頃からお世話になっており、スキーをする上で、なくてはならないショップです。
オーナーの方もサービスマンの方もスタッフの皆様全員がユーザーに丁寧にご対応して下さいます。
お道具も調子が悪かったり壊れたりした際にもきちんと直してくださいます。また、新しい技術も積極的に導入しており、 他のお店にはないワックスの機械(ごめんなさい、機械の名前忘れました)を導入しており、サービスマンの技術も相まり、ユーザーに最高のサービスを提供してくださいます。足の形が特殊な為、他のお店ではブーツが作れないような足の主人も昔からこのショップでお世話になっております。
学生の頃には、お店の利益が全く出ないであろうに学生にも手の届くお道具を提供して下さいました。本当にありがとうございます。
オーナー様やスタッフの方々のスキーの裾野を広げたい、ユーザーの楽しいスキーをサポートしたいというお気持ちがこもったお店です。

専門店、、、入るまでは上級者ばかりの敷居が高いお店だと思っていましたが、実は自分で道具選びができない、分からない初心者ほど専門店の方が良いのでは？と思います。
再開した時はいわゆる量販店で購入しましたが、量販店のスタッフさんはプロからアルバイトの方まで技術の幅が広いので、良い方に巡り合える可能性は運次第になってしまいます。
その後、スキーのレッスンでDoingさんをご紹介頂き、量販店で購入したものに比べてもの凄く狭いブーツを購入しましたが、職人さんの調整のおかげで１日中履いても足が全く痛くなりません。
あまりの違いに普段履きの靴のインソールも作成しました笑
今後も愛知最北の犬山市からはるばる通わせて頂きますので宜しくお願い致します！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 随分前の話ですが、スキー始めたての時に知人に連れて行ってもらいました。知人含め常連さんと話が盛り上がっていたのとブーツの足の形とサイズを合わせるのを知らなかったのでまだ調整してないことを言い出すのが遅れたらため息を吐かれながら「早く言えよ」と言われたりブーツを履くのにまごついていたら「何これ。ズボン破っていい？」って言われて嫌だった。初心者が行くところじゃなかったんですね。

何年もスキーから離れていて完全に陳腐化した初心者状態の私に懇切丁寧にお付き合いいただき，また，その知識量などの安心感からか値札をあまりみずに一揃えの領収書と共に店を出ることになりました笑
当初はBC用を考慮して揃えるつもりはなかったのですが，(自身の知識不足ですが)技術の進歩も相まって良いギアを選ぶお手伝いをしていただけました。
まずはブランクを埋めるためにゲレンデ練習ですが，これから楽しみです。
