★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 御牧ケ原には主だった川が無いのに何故発電所が？と以前から不思議に思い『布電』を調べるついでに寄ってみました。
『東京電力』＝『TEPCO』は『奥三川ダム＝南相木湖』や『尾瀬湿原』更には『核燃料発電所』まで所有する民間会社です。
『布電』＝『布引電鉄』は『小諸』～『島川原』～『望月』までを結ぶ計画でしたが、この『東京電力島川原発電所』が完成し建設資材運搬用途が終わると利用が激減『布電は四十二人乗り』（しじゅう二人乗り）』とか『四十雀（しじゅう空）』と呼ばれる位乗客が減ってしまいやがては倒産してしまいます。
『布電・島川原』の駅舎は発電所の近くに在ったそうですが面影は在りませんでした。
 Why is there a power plant when there is no main river in Mimakigahara? I've been wondering for a long time, and I stopped by while I was looking up "Fuden".
"TEPCO" = "TEPCO" is a private company that owns "Oku Mikawa Dam = Minamiaiki Lake", "Oze Marsh" and even "Nuclear Fuel Power Plant".
"Nunoden" = "Nunobiki Electric Railway" was planned to connect "Komoro"-"Shimagawara"-"Mochizuki", but it will be used when this "TEPCO Shimagawara Power Station" is completed and construction material transportation is completed. However, the number of passengers has decreased to the extent that it is called "Nunoden is forty-two-seater" (two-seater) or "Tit", and eventually it goes bankrupt.
It seems that the station building of "Nunoden Shimagawara" was near the power plant, but there was no sign of it.
