内容はプチコースのような感じです。
ただ、そこら辺のコースとはレベルが違います。
ひとつひとつのお料理にきちんと手間をかけているのがよくわかります。
ドレッシングにしてもデザートのアイスにしても全てを手作りにこだわり、美味しいものを食べてもらいたいんだなーと料理人の意思を強く感じます。
ここは、接待でも十分使えますし、カップル、友達同士、少人数でのパーティーなどにはもってこいです。

大通りから一本入ったところに隠れ家のような佇まいで、外観も内装も非常に落ち着いていて築地のイメージを覆すような印象。
ランチのコースをいただいて、本当にこの値段でいいの?と疑うほどの美味しさとボリュームでした。
テーブルセットも堅苦しくなく、フランクにリーズナブルに本格的なコース料理をいただけます。
築地のお店ということもあるのか、鯵・いくら・白海老の前菜の盛り合わせは鮮度抜群、ジェノバ風リゾットの穴子はふっくらで格別でした。
お肉も美味しく、メインディッシュの2種の和牛ステーキはもちろん、コンソメスープの煮込み和牛はまさに溶ける柔らかさで松茸との相性も最高でした。
オーナーシェフ自らお料理の紹介の合間に気さくにお声かけくださり、最高の時間を過ごせました。
また都度お伺いしたいと思います。

The table set is not too stiff, and Frank can enjoy authentic course meals at a reasonable price.
Perhaps it's a Tsukiji restaurant, the assortment of horse mackerel, how much, and white shrimp appetizers was outstandingly fresh, and the Genoese-style risotto conger eel was plump and exceptional.
The meat was delicious, and the two main dishes of Wagyu steak, as well as the stewed Wagyu beef in consomme soup, were so soft that they melted and went great with matsutake mushrooms.
The owner-chef himself kindly spoke to me during the introduction of the food, and I had a great time.
