火鍋は辛さのレベルが選択できて、一番低い辛さにしたらちょうどよかったです。
黒豚も臭みはなく甘くて美味しかったです。コスパは良いと思います。
上海蟹はイマイチでした。
★店内の様子とサービス
コロナ対策は甘いと思います。
なぜかというと女将さんのような女性スタッフが素手で上海蟹を剥いて渡してくださったからです。ご厚意なのはわかりますがそこまでする必要はないです。マスクはされていましたが素手は良くないですよ。
新人ぽい男性スタッフは一生懸命接客してくれてよい印象です。

Shanghai crab was not good.

I think the corona measures are sweet.
The reason is that a female staff member like the landlady peeled off the Shanghai crab with her bare hands and handed it to me. I know you're kind, but you don't have to go that far. I was wearing a mask, but my bare hands are not good.
It is a good impression that the new male staff will serve customers very hard.

火鍋ってこんなに美味しいんだ！
そう思わせるほど美味でした。
四川火鍋を頼みました。
タレの辛さを調整できるようです！
こういう時お店によって、辛口、中辛、甘口とかって違うから難しいんですが、「程よく辛めで！」と注文。個人的には想像より少し辛く、「辛い！美味しい！」とヒーヒー言いながら食べていたら、定員さんが気を利かせてもう少し辛さを抑えたタレを作ってくださいました！

秋が旬のきのこや野菜などをスープで煮て、胡麻の効いた濃厚なタレで食べる。最高に幸せです。
お肉や、お魚、なんでも合いますね！
ドリンクは、ドラゴンハイボール！
初めて飲みました！
紹興酒は前に一度だけ飲んだことがあったのですが、ドラゴンハイボールは初めてで、これがまぁ、美味しい！決めては、この輪切りレモンと干し梅なのかと勝手に分析。爽やかでいて干し梅の少し酸と甘さが口の中に残る。これは女性に人気そう！
炭酸をジンジャーエールに変えた、香港フィズもこれまた爽やかで口当たりが良い！
天丹さんのおかげで、紹興酒にハマり、帰って早速紹興酒を購入してしまいました笑

入った途端、中国です。香辛料の匂い
コースの前菜が美味しい！特に乾燥豆腐とエビのあえもの?繊細な塩味が最高です。
火鍋のラムは新鮮と言ってましたがクサイですね。火鍋は香港や中国で食べた味同様で本格的で美味しかったです。
香辛料も効きすぎず、チェーン店の辛いだけの火鍋と違い深みがあります。そんなに辛くないです。
スタッフさんが作ってくれたつけタレが、パンチあって火鍋の野菜に合います。
お酒が高い…飲みすぎると金額が上がります。
銀座価格ですね。
スタッフさん丁寧に対応して頂けます。
美味しい火鍋屋としてはここはお勧めです。
