★ ★ ★ ★ ★ トイレが男女各階に無いのを除けばコスパの高い優良物件。あとは宣伝ではあるとは思うのですが、MAPのあるページに「格安」と書かれると来客に案内するのが恥ずかしいので、このページを見てくださいと言いにくい。
