★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 出物が無いか見に行くのが楽しいお店。まるで宝探しみたいな感覚です。以前、ステンレス寸胴を処分したくて持参、買取の見積をしてもらってビックリ。ステンレスのスクラップ買取価格より安かったので買取を断念。いくら何でもステンレススクラップ地金よりも安いってどういうこと？まだまだ使える寸胴でしたがスクラップ屋に売って処分しました。
 It's a fun shop to see if there are any goodies. It's like a treasure hunt. Previously, I was surprised to bring a stainless steel cylinder for disposal and get a quote for purchase. Abandoned the purchase because it was cheaper than the scrap stainless steel purchase price. What does it mean that anything is cheaper than stainless steel scrap bullion? It was still usable, but I sold it to a scrap shop and disposed of it.

個人的には、買っておしまいの物しか買えません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ テイクアウト店開業にあたり買うのを前提に厨房機器の見積もりを取りに行きました。スタッフさんは知識もあり親身になって話しを勧めてくれました。開業が確定したらここで大体揃えようと思いました。
