神戸市街からのアクセスですと、トンネルに入る前に下流面の堤体が一瞬見えます（この姿が一番カッコいい）
ダム天（上のこと）にはトンネルを抜けてすぐ左折です。十分スピードを落として後続車に注意して回ってください
また帰るときもトンネル内からの車 点灯していない時がありますから注意
道は狭いですので 幅や車高のある車は、枝でガリガリなりますね

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 428号線から細い路地に入っていくと天王ダム管理事務所があります。車だとかなり道が細いです。事務所の裏側がダムになっています。近くには石井ダムと立ヶ畑ダムがあるので一緒にまわるのがお勧めです

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ダムは国道から近いですがトンネルを抜けて直ぐに左折(左Uターンに近い)の入口なので速度に注意です。
天王ダムスポーツガーデンの中を下って行くとダム湖のダム前まで行けます。（ダムには上がれません）
ダムカードは天王ダムの写真を撮影して石井ダム管理事務所に行くか返信用封筒による郵送です。返信用封筒の場合は事前に用意して持参する必要が有ります。石井ダム管理事務所はゲートから1.5km程の道が徒歩か自転車しか行けないのでご注意ください。また、ゲート周辺に駐車場は有りません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 神戸側から県道428（有馬街道）を北上し小部トンネルを抜けたら直ぐに左にある側道に入ります。車の方は、ここで左折する車はまず居ないので後続車に分かるよう早めに方向指示器で合図した方がいいと思います。
後は道なりに。私が行った時、たまたま対向車がありました。
堰堤の上をバイクで反対側へ。行き止まりで何もありません。
ダムの北側、鈴蘭台方面からテニスクラブの敷地からダムの真下まで行けますが、堰堤への道は立ち入り禁止で徒歩でもダムには上がれません。道を整備して欲しいです。

From the north side of the dam, from the direction of Suzurandai, you can go from the tennis club grounds to just below the dam, but the road to the dam is off limits and you cannot go up to the dam on foot. I want you to improve the road.
