麻	麻倉聡美 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まだあったんだ・・・天満屋の女店長、クレーマーの意見だけを信じて従業員の意見は総無視。有能な従業員で客の殆どが、その従業員の退職を惜しんだ。私も寄せ書きに励ましの言葉を書き込んだ。有能な従業員は出る杭が如く排除され、無能な役職が残る世の中の常を、ここで垣間見た。周りで聴いていた殆どがクレーマーの話しに納得していない。客の立場を利用した強要と従業員の生き方までを想像と思い込みで決め付け否定し、多くの人の前で侮辱する発言を連呼していた。現場の内容以外の暴言をし、天満屋女店長登場時には尾ひれの苦情を話していた。助け舟を出そうとしたら「関係者以外はお待ちください」でそのまま放置された。その女店長は個室でクレーマーに、従業員の名刺を強奪させた。クレーマーの音声と名刺にだけ記載された苦情係に匿名での電話音声が一緒だった。 I still had...
