ギ	ギュギュ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネットで予約したが当日来店すると店の不手際で予約が入っていなかった。予約の管理は男性がしているようだったがその場にいても一言の謝罪もなかった。女性から電話の予約も取っているからと言われたが、電話で予約しなかったこちらが悪いのか?とおもった。男性はいつも愛想が悪いというか挨拶もされたことがない、一度こちらから挨拶した事があったがスルーされた。自分のお客さんにはかなり愛想がよく、何か悪いことでもしたのか?と思うくらい。これまでも何度かお世話になっていたのでかなり残念です。女性スタッフさんは星5です。 I made a reservation online, but when I came to the store on the day, I couldn't make a reservation due to the inadequacy of the store.
