山	山口遥香 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 餃子が安くてとてもおいしい。特ににんにく餃子。皮のパリパリ感ともちもち感、具のシャキッと感が完璧。提供も早い。シャリキンレモンサワーがお気に入り。店員さんもとても感じの良い方ばかり。 The dumplings are cheap and very delicious. Especially garlic dumplings. N	NAO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ワイン食堂バルビダが閉店して、2018年の夏頃だったかな？餃子食堂マルケンがオープンしました。バルビダの情報に上書きされて投稿写真もバルビダのものと混在しています。マルケンは餃子が安くて美味しいお店です。焼き餃子(5個で180円)は皮がパリパリで中ジューシ。ニンニク不使用だが、しっかりした味付けで、ほんのり生姜も効いてて美味しい。ニンニク焼き餃子(5個で240円)はピリ辛でクセになる味。ビールに合う！水餃子(5個で280)は皮が分厚めで柔らかくてモチモチ。ゴマだれで食べると美味かった。一品料理も安い割にはどれも普通に美味しかった。あと、特筆するのはスタッフの対応。厨房の男性以外は皆アルバイトだと思うのですが、若い女性のホールスタッフの皆さんの対応が素晴らしい。これまで4回訪問しましたが、どのスタッフも丁寧な対応で、混雑時であっても接客の質が落ちない。常にスタッフ同士で声を掛け合っていて、居酒屋における接客の見本のようだった。清潔感のある店内で、料理が美味しい上に安くて、接客が良くて明るい雰囲気。かなり良いお店だと思います。ただひとつだけ、このお店は酔虎伝や八剣伝などを手掛けるマルシェグループなのですが、基本的に客層はそういった店と同じ。周りを気にせず大声で騒いだりしている客もいるので、静かに飲みたい人はその点は覚悟を。 Was the wine restaurant Barbida closed and was it about summer 2018?
